The MUXConfTool and MUX Driver are used to create virtual COM port,called DLCs on the system.

MUX Driver allows the user to have virtual COM ports over a serial port so, that there can be more than one application running on the serial port, at one time.

CMUXConfToolis an application which lets the user to communicate with MUX for opening the DLCs(virtual COM ports) via sending frames.


To install: Use the setup.exe in the MuxConfTool installer to install MuxConfTool. 
First select the location where to install MuxConfTool,by default location will
be c:\Program Files\Wavecom\MuxConfTool and then click install to get the process done.

To uninstall: Using Windows 'Control Panel', select the Add/Remove Programs icon.
From the list of installed applications select 'MuxConfTool' and
proceed with the automated UnInstallShield procedures.
